# Email Campaigns Tab: Monitor and Print Campaign Results

> Use the Email Campaigns tab to review aggregate metrics — sent, bounced, opened, opt-outs, return file activity, and email summary details — and print results.

The Email Campaigns tab is your central hub for monitoring all email campaign activity in the ACI Platform. It presents aggregate metrics for every campaign you have run — including how many emails were sent, how many bounced, how many were opened, and how many consumers opted out — giving you an at-a-glance summary of campaign performance across your entire portfolio.

## What the Email Campaigns Tab Shows

Each campaign row in the tab surfaces the following metrics:

| Metric | Description |
| - | - |
| Emails Sent | Total number of emails successfully sent in the campaign |
| Bounced | Number of emails that were returned as undeliverable |
| Opened | Number of emails opened by the consumer |
| Opt-Outs | Number of consumers who unsubscribed |
| Return File Activity | Summary of CSV return files generated for the campaign |
| Email Summary Details | Links to the per-address email log for the campaign in the Email Summary tab |

## Reviewing Campaign Results

**1. Open the Email Campaigns tab**

Navigate to the Email Campaigns tab in the ACI Platform.

**2. Locate your campaign**

Find the campaign you want to review in the list.

**3. Review the metrics**

Examine the aggregate metrics displayed for that campaign, including sent count, bounces, opens, and opt-outs.

**4. Drill into per-email detail**

To see a full per-address breakdown, switch to the [Email Summary tab](https://lyntex.mintlify.site/reporting/email-summary-tab.md).

## Printing Results

You can print campaign results directly from the Email Campaigns tab without leaving the ACI Platform. Use the print option available within the tab to generate a printed copy or save the campaign metrics as a PDF. This is useful for sharing results with stakeholders or keeping a record of campaign performance outside the platform.

## Return File Activity

The Email Campaigns tab also surfaces return file activity for each campaign. Use this section to confirm that CSV return files were generated and delivered for each campaign event. If you expect a return file for a specific campaign and it does not appear here, this is the first place to check before investigating further.

The Email Campaigns tab shows aggregate totals — such as the overall number of bounces across a campaign — while the Email Summary tab shows individual email log entries, letting you see the exact status for every address included in the campaign.
