# ACI Platform: Automated Email Campaigns for Collections

> ACI Platform automates email campaigns for collections teams. Select accounts, send letters, and track every outcome from one centralized interface.

ACI Platform is a collections management tool that automates the process of sending and tracking email campaigns for consumer accounts. Instead of manually coordinating outreach, you use ACI Platform to select the right accounts, configure the appropriate email content, and monitor every delivery outcome — all from one centralized interface. This page gives you an overview of how the platform works and points you to the resources you need to get started.

## How It Works

ACI Platform organizes your email campaigns around a straightforward workflow:

**1. Open Portfolio Center**

Navigate to **Portfolio Center** in the ACI Platform to access your collections accounts and campaign tools.

**2. Go to Email Automation**

Select **Email Automation** to begin configuring a new campaign.

**3. Select a Client Code and Letter Type**

Choose the **Client Code** that identifies the group of accounts you want to target, then select the **Letter Type** that determines which email template is sent to consumers.

**4. Send the Campaign**

Launch the campaign. ACI Platform searches all accounts linked to the selected Client Code and sends the chosen letter to eligible consumers.

**5. Track Results**

Monitor delivery outcomes — including sent, bounced, opened, and opt-out statuses — through the **Email Campaigns tab** and **Email Summary tab**.

**6. Receive Return Files**

After each delivery event, ACI Platform generates an **ACI Return File** (CSV) capturing updated account statuses. **Good Sync** automatically analyzes, syncs, and sends these files to your FTP destination — no manual export required.

> Records without an email address on file are automatically excluded from campaigns. Only accounts with a valid email address are eligible to receive campaign emails.
